She took the time to explain the entire process, carefully mapped my brows, and ensured that I was completely happy with the shape before she started. Kelly is absolutely amazing! Her personality alone makes every visit a treat, she’s warm, always smiling, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. I usually get soft gel tips done by her, and I trust her completely when it comes to choosing gel colours, she always nails it (pun intended!). What really sets her apart is her attention to detail. She works quickly but so gently, and it’s those little extra touches that take my nails from perfect to stunning. My go-to shape is a pointy almond, and she does it flawlessly every single time.

Chelsea is calm and great!! It is a pity that there is no gel polish remover in stock so the acetone and foil takes double the time and my sensitive skin reacts to it.
