I had a facial and manicure with Betsabe and it was very relaxing - Betsabe listened to what I wanted from the facial and delivered as my skin feels wonderful. My manicure was also beautifully done and I have already re booked. Really lovely atmosphere at the salon too.

I had a lovely experience at the Berkhamsted branch getting my BIAB nails done. Emilia was absolutely fantastic – so friendly and professional, and she did my nails perfectly! Wonderful dry pedicure with gel polish. Chloe is warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. It's clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes the time to tailor treatments to ensure the best possible experience. I felt well looked after throughout and was delighted with the results. I will definitely be returning.

We booked nail and shape treatments for a wedding party of 7. The technicians were lovely , and a huge, Thank You to Atlanta and Harrison, who arranged our booking, arranged cupcakes, balloons and prosecco and called the day before to check that everything was as we wanted. We all had a lovely time and it was a special start to the wedding weekend x

I was very nervous about having lashes as wanted them to look really natural. Well, Ellie put me at ease straightaway and made the lashes natural to my eyelash shape and length achieving the goal. I have just had the first infill and I'm delighted. I will now be having this done on a regular basis.

Cindy does the best manicure and pedicures. Her attention to detail and the care she takes is amazing. My nails are perfect. Her salon is beautiful and I felt really comfortable. It’s lovely that Cindy offers her customers a hot or cold drink. I had an eyebrow and eyelash tint as well which I am so happy with.

Such a beautiful couple of hours chatting to Cindy whilst getting one of the best pedicure and manicures I’ve had. Cindy is so welcoming and I felt like I’d met up with an old friend even though it was my first visit. I would heartily recommendation giving Cindy a visit, you won’t be disappointed x
