I had a facial and manicure with Betsabe and it was very relaxing - Betsabe listened to what I wanted from the facial and delivered as my skin feels wonderful. My manicure was also beautifully done and I have already re booked. Really lovely atmosphere at the salon too.

I had a lovely experience at the Berkhamsted branch getting my BIAB nails done. Emilia was absolutely fantastic – so friendly and professional, and she did my nails perfectly! Wonderful dry pedicure with gel polish. Chloe is warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. It's clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes the time to tailor treatments to ensure the best possible experience. I felt well looked after throughout and was delighted with the results. I will definitely be returning.

I have just had my 2nd appointment with Bella for biab nails and I am so happy with the care and attention she gives. It was my first time at the salon and I absolutely loved the whole experience. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and welcoming. Emily has done a miracle, I feel brand new after this haircut. I've been recieving so many compliments too, people have genuinely noticed a different level of skill in the haircut. I know what I want but I rely on the hairdressers a bit to give me suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. Usually it doesn't quite hit the mark so I wasn't expecting it to this time either, but emily really knew what to do, its better than what I expected. Thank you!

Bella was so lovely and friendly! She did my nails so well and I absolutely love the design. She had attention to detail and checked I was happy with the shape, length etc along the way, she is amazing!

I highly recommend Bella's beauty bar in every sense, she takes interest and is particular to ensuring the work is at a high standard! She uses different tools to match your shape of your nails and for cubicles. I would say, the work is a lot better than most places I have been to.
