Honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had! A lovely in-depth skin consultation, followed by a treatment tailored to your specific needs. All this + a foot massage!! Pretty sure I almost caught myself dozing off more than once.

I am looking for new stylist for my hair. After viewing the website, reading the bios and cinsidering the business model I decided to book a consultation. I was just as impressed when I arrived at the store and meet with the patroné and discussed me likes and needs. I have booked an appointment for a style and treatment with the hope that I am still as enthusiastic moving forward.

He goes out of his way to ensure your experience is relaxing and effective, asking consent and permission, explaining what he is doing and why, requesting feedback from you as the client, and tailoring all aspects of the consultation to you. I went in for a consultation the day before and was able to get a booking in the next day. I had balayage and wanted to get back to more of my natural colouring. Jolene did a fantastic job doing this while still keeping a sun-kissed look, and I'm delighted with the result!

I had a pleasant and prompt experience with Timandra. I walked in and got an almost immediate appointment, everything was explained and I was regularly consulted ensuring my safety and comfort. I got the help i was hoping for and I am happy with the result. I even enquired whether I could request the same person when I make another booking (yes was the reply) which suggests I will be returning for further treatments. Many other aspects were good too, regarding cleanliness and affordability for example.. Bravo! Highly recommended.

I went to Rose because I wasn’t happy with the shape of my face. During the consultation, she took the time to understand my concerns and helped me decide on the treatment that would work best for me. She is incredibly sweet, kind, and professional, and immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her technique is so gentle that I barely felt the needle at all. I’m very happy with the experience and the results. I would definitely recommend Rose to anyone considering treatment.

I totally get the all 5-star ratings! I had a consultation and facial today and really felt listened to by a professional for the first time. Sian made me feel welcome, comfortable and understood. We spoke in detail of my skins needs (not just in-salon therapy but everything i need to be doing at home too) and she was super patient with my questions. I feel like i can put my trust in her. Can’t wait for my next session!
