Scalp scan was fascinating and well informed, my therapist kept me informed with the steps through out the facial process and starting of the headspa and perfect pressure for the massage. The environment is a relaxing sanctuary that makes you not want the treatment to end. But once it does you are greeted with a ginger tea and another informative chat about what products they used and recommendations for you skin or hair. Will return
