This was a really great experience! I want for lash tint, brow stain which was new to me, and bikini wax. She did a great job on my brows and explained the stain, and ensured we aligned on the colour. She made me super comfortable - the spa treatment room is very tidy and well-appointed. I’ve had bikini / Brazilian waxes done in Canada, Saudi Arabia and now here in Cairns and this was the most efficient and painless visit in nearly 25 years of them. I’m not sure what exactly the product was, but it went on smoothly without tugging and NOT burning hot, and was super effective. Recommend!!

This was my first massage and facial am so glad I went to Kathryn. She was amazing. So reasonably priced and.not only was it relaxing but my skin feels great. A few neighbours were also keen to try Kathryn at Sea Beauty therapy as well. I will definitely be back.

My first facial ever !!@ and what an introduction- Helena was calming precise and relaxing. Also her treatment room is light and airy, a delightful location within her home. Her knowledge and skilled hands knew just what i needed. Half way through the treatment - that included a steam for my face- I could feel my skin start to breath. By the end my face was fresh, clean and polished - I could see and feel the difference. A treatment by Helena is going to become a part of my quarterly routine. Thankyou Helena see you next visit

Absolutely fantastic experience at The Retreat. Both the hair/scalp analysis at the start of the treatment which was really interesting and the actual hair massage/facial were fantastic! Yuka was lovely and did a fantastic job. It was so relaxing! Her massage was one of the best I've had!
