I’m absolutely thrilled with the result! Huge thank you to Lauren – I didn’t expect it to turn out this amazing! I feel so good after the coloring. I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted at first, but the final effect is truly incredible. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming, and I highly recommend this place 100000%! 😊🤩

Lisa is always amazing! I don’t live in Gateshead anymore but I come to see her especially and I won’t let anyone but her cut my hair or my girls’ hair. She is the best hairdresser I have ever had. The salon is such a lovely place to be and all the staff are friendly. It’s always a pleasure to be at Evergreen. Thank you so much for the excellent service !

Salon was lovely, interior really aesthetic and relaxing. Kelsha was lovely, she took time to sit and listen to what I wanted and recommended things. She took extra time at the end to make sure I liked it and cut extra off for me to make sure I was happy. She showed me ways to style my hair and made me really comfortable. The best salon I've been to in Gateshead/Newcastle and will be coming back.

This is now my second visit to Faatima at Cover Beauty Metrocentre for builder gel nails. She was very helpful both times, my nails have been done perfectly, she is very helpful with colour choices, as are the rest of the team, and they've assisted me in what to ask for next time.

Alexis is amazing! She's been cutting my hair for a couple of years and yesterday we did my first balayage. I've never dyed my hair before so was slighly apprehensive but I was definitely in safe hands, and so happy with the result. Thank you !!!

I had my nails done today, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She really listened to what I wanted and paid close attention to every little detail to make sure everything was perfect. The nails turned out even better than I imagined, and you can tell she truly cares about her work. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful nails and a wonderful experience. I visited this hair salon for the first time and I’m very happy with the result! The haircut turned out perfect, even better than I imagined. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I felt comfortable right away. The atmosphere in the salon was welcoming, and the whole team made the visit a real pleasure.
