Lisa is always amazing! I don’t live in Gateshead anymore but I come to see her especially and I won’t let anyone but her cut my hair or my girls’ hair. She is the best hairdresser I have ever had. The salon is such a lovely place to be and all the staff are friendly. It’s always a pleasure to be at Evergreen. Thank you so much for the excellent service !

EXCELLENT!! Came to the Jesmond Chain for the first time to get a sunkissed balayage and loved the whole experience! Sylvie was an amazing stylist and coloured my hair beautifully, very attentive throughout! As a newbie to hair colouring, would 100% recommend Sylvie to anyone wanting to come to the Boilerhouse. The salon is beautiful, I love the interiors and whole vibe! Thank you so much, in love with my new hair!!!

My colour needed a refresh and Zahra was able to offer an experienced eye to update it and synchronise it with previous balayage. She managed to fit in additional lighter foils for face framing in addition to taking the darker colour through the length in portions to unify this and I am so pleased with the result. Her professionalism and attention to detail shone through and I'm really glad I chose her. Thank you 🙏

Went in to get foils done and toner loved it the girls and archie were so welcoming as usual i enjoy my time there evertime i go loved the colour my hair turned out today thanks so much 💕

Sophie (Amelia) is AMAZING. I had a balayage and cut today and it looks absolutely incredible. She is extremely talented and I have absolute confidence in her colouring my hair. I am so happy with her work and would 100% recommend her. She is also just a really lovely lady too 🩷

Alexis is amazing! She's been cutting my hair for a couple of years and yesterday we did my first balayage. I've never dyed my hair before so was slighly apprehensive but I was definitely in safe hands, and so happy with the result. Thank you !!!

Excellent I was extremely nervous beforehand but Jess made me feel so at ease throughout the whole process and she explained everything in full to me. I didn’t need to have worried because it was painless and worth the wait because I now have eyebrows and I love everything about them Highly recommend

Salon was lovely, interior really aesthetic and relaxing. Kelsha was lovely, she took time to sit and listen to what I wanted and recommended things. She took extra time at the end to make sure I liked it and cut extra off for me to make sure I was happy. She showed me ways to style my hair and made me really comfortable. The best salon I've been to in Gateshead/Newcastle and will be coming back.

I had such a lovely experience, and Andrew did an amazing job. He was so welcoming and attentive, and you can really tell he cares about making sure you feel comfortable. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. It was exactly what I needed—thank you, Andrew!
