I’ve been with HairHub for about six months now, and I’m always happy with the service. However, during my last hair dye appointment, the results weren’t what I expected. When I let HairHub and Natali know, they were incredibly polite and accommodating, fitting me in within a few days to fix the issue. Had a great experience with Valeriy. There was a bit of a language barrier at first but Adam, the administrator was there to help with translating. I asked for a trim and some framing pieces. Valeriy was so gentle and attentive he did exactly as I asked and took the time to stop and check in with me. Will definitely be coming back.

Sheyda did an amazing job. I came here for a color, balyage and haircut. The previous salon I went to destroyed my hair. Sheyda was so kind, patient (I have long thick hair my whole appointment took a little over 4 hours) and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Biata is also so lovely they both are very skilled colourists and stylists. I finally found my go to salon. PS ocean is the cutest.

I've been going to Salon Concepts since 2016. I used to see Maryam, who always gave me a perfect cut and style at an affordable price. Most recently, I booked an appointment for a trim before my exams. The owner of the salon did a perfect job! When I mentioned I would come back for some lowlights she told me I did not need to. She assured me I have been doing a great job. Her honesty means a lot to me. Grad students do not have disposable income. Having a salon with good prices, trust worthy and talented staff is a plus for everyone at York university. Highly recommend!

I had a scalp and hair length treatment here, and it was such a great experience! The staff was professional, attentive, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the appointment. I had a skin assessment with Jenny who was super knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any treatment or anything I didn’t need like other skin clinics I have been too. I ended up going with Forma and had my first treatment. I am beyond thrilled how well my skin responded and the noticeable change just after the one session. I actually went out the folllowing day without any make up. My skin feels so refreshed and clear.
