I got my eyelashes done for the first time today by Katie. Before my appointment she texted me directions and pictures of the building. I explained to her what look I was going for and she did an amazing job! She was so nice and gave me a little care package at the end of my appointment. If you are in the New York/ Long Island City area I definitely recommend her!

I originally came for a brow Lamination but was advised that it won’t work this time since i trimmed my eyebrows too short. So we decided on an eyebrow tint. She guided me through the process and I was extremely happy with the result. Her location has calm and chill vibes. I’ll definitely come back.

I had an amazing experience at LashnBrow by KT! Booking was seamless, and getting there was easy; they even sent a helpful text with building details. The studio is serene, spotless, and beautifully laid out. Katie is a dream to work with! She recommended the perfect tint for my dark brows and did an incredible job shaping and tinting. It was my first time, but she made me feel totally comfortable. I’m very particular about my brows, and after lots of research, I’m so glad I chose her. She’s truly an expert. 10/10 recommend!

My sister-in-law recommended Katie to me and I couldn't be happier. I've never gotten an eyelash lift nor an eyebrow tint before so I was nervous initially. Katie was very knowledgeable and took good care of me! She informed me about what eyebrow treatment would work best for my hair color; so instead of an eyebrow tint (which would've been less effective) she suggested a hybrid tint instead. I'm very satisfied with the results! I would definitely come back again.

I originally went in for a brow lamination with tint and trim after speaking with Katie she suggested the henna tint with trim Oh my god I started out with no eyebrows and now I have a full set!!!! I left so happy definitely will be going back The atmosphere was very calm and intimate I left so happy I am going back for lash extensions soon!!!

I’ve been here twice now for lashes (my first time ever), and she did an amazing job. I absolutely loved how they came out and received so many compliments. The overall experience was excellent—she creates such a great vibe with soothing music, a clean and professional space, and truly warm customer service. I went back for a lash fill and a brow shaping and tint, and it was just as great the second time. Highly recommend!

What a great experience as usual. I went in for a cut and blowdry but after arriving I decided I'd like to get highlights as well. I'm so happy with how everything turned out. My highlights are very natural and so beautiful. The color she picked compliments my skin tone and natural hair perfectly. The haircut is gorgeous. Exactly what I asked for. It’s my second time seeing Mila for Hilights and she always does such an amazing job! Went in after work 5:30 and she was able to fit me in for a full balayage and a hair treatment. Everytime I go there whether for partials or full- she gets the color vision spot on. I highly recommend adding the Milbon moisturizing treatment- it’s one of the best treatment ever for hilighted hair even after so many washes your hair is left feeling so soft and at BonBon they offer it with a heated towel that feels divine! Love my hair thank you!

Dina did an amazing color correction, through a very dedicated work and achieved a fantastic platinum blonde without damaging the hair. Ayhan was very gentle and careful with the hair and achieved the perfect cleaning of the ends. A perfect team work and a very pleasant atmosphere, highly recommend it!

V Lash os a first rate operation. Confirming the appointment via text and email as well as sending reminders. The location is convenient in Midtown around the corner from Herald Square. The entire place is very clean and comfortable. Very relaxed including soothing music playing in the background. Bhawana was lovely, professional and caring checking to assure my comfort throughout the process ( lash lift & tint). It was my first time having it done and all went very well with perfect results. The salon also offers a rewards program for multiple visits as well as a birthday discount🙏🏻
