6 years, and I’ll never go anywhere else! Swapna is not just a master of her craft, she is a beautiful friend. I’m incredibly fussy about my hair and eyebrows, but Swapna gets it right every single time. Her waxing is swift and painless, and as a total clean-freak, I can promise her salon is always spick and span and perfectly hygienic. It has been an absolute joy watching her journey from a small flat to a gorgeous, big, fancy salon. She is the kindest soul, always professional, and always on time. So proud of you, darling! Aoi has singlehandedly become my favourite hairstylist! This is my 2nd time going to SEPTEMBER and I initially wanted to go a lot lighter to a somewhat rose/pinkish milk color. However, after the consultation, we decided against it (for now) bcs it needed bleaching and I didn’t have an appointment for that (my own fault ofc). Aoi still managed to comply with my wishes without the actual bleach and advised me on what to do next time. I even got a relaxing massage! Almost fell asleep 🥹 I truly appreciate her honesty and I wholeheartedly trust her expertise! Thank you Aoi!! See you next time 🤍🎀

The spa space is really nice- the pedicure area is tucked away in the back and very private. Kaelin was thorough with the nails , and very calm. She also offered me tea which was great. She also did a good job with my calluses once I asked her to do it , as it seems it wasn’t included in the service but we still had time. Just a couple pieces of feedback - I would have liked a bit more of a foot soak with warm water as opposed to a rinse in cold water. I also didn’t realize until it was too late that she was cutting the hair on my toes , which is something I avoid as the hair is thick

It was genuinely the best haircut i ever got. You are first greeted warmly with coffee, tea, or water. For my haircut Zaina really listened to me and what I wanted and gave me exactly the advice I needed. They styled it in two different ways until it did the hairstyle justice and even gave me advice on how to keep up my hair looking the way it did at the salon. Best haircut I ever received in Amsterdam. Or ever!

Mchelle is an artist! The precision and care she has is amazing. I have brows and lips that are careffee, and look natural. Full trust on her advixe and work.
