What a wonderful salon experience - from Elise’s lovely welcome, skill and professionalism to her impeccable attention to detail. Elise really listens to what the client wants and warmly shares her knowledgeable advice. Honestly the best manicure I’ve ever had: the care taken with cuticles and nail shaping; Elise’s help choosing the best colour match for my skin tone. She was meticulous with my eyebrow wax too - taking care to work with skin sensitivity and deliver the perfect brows without any of my usual ‘flame’ side effects. Thank you so much Elise. You’re truly a gem in Eccleshall.

I had a Lash lift and tint with holly and it was amazing!! it’s come out so well and i’m so happy with them, they look almost like extensions but they’re my own eyelashes!!

I could not recommend Holly enough. I have been visiting the salon for years and every time I am made to feel comfortable and welcomed. Always love the work Holly does whether that’s eyelashes or eyebrows, I’ve never had a bad experience/ treatment and it’s always done to an amazing standard. The shepherds hut is always cosy too. Kathryn is the only person I trust to pierce my ears. I’ve been back multiple times and I will definitely be back again for more. She’s so kind and comforting and reassuring that the appointment is over before you know it. The best piercer in Staffordshire. I would and have highly recommended her to multiple people and will continue to do so 💕
