I never felt rushed and he always took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly. What stood out most was that he cared not only about my skin, but also about how I felt throughout the process. When I had concerns, he listened, reassured me, and adjusted the plan where needed. Alex is fantastic! After 6 months of skin trouble, many products and fruitless dermatologist appointments, I was skeptical that anyone could help. Alex impressed me immediately with his knowledge and advice, and even discouraged me from booking treatment with him until my skin was balanced again (unlike some of the other derms I visited…). He was quite thorough and patient with all of my questions. My skin is now back on track and set to be better than ever with his help. Can’t wait to sort my schedule so I can book my facial!

I was a bit nervous about the needles, but Dr. Natalie at Viora Clinic has such a gentle touch! The Sylfirm X and Botox treatments were virtually painless she is incredibly meticulous and skilled. I walked out with an instant glow and my skin looks so much brighter already. The clinic is spotless and very comfortable. If you’re looking for high end results without the pain, Dr. Natalie is the best!

Thanks darina and akku The staff were professional, thorough, and very reassuring throughout my visit. Both the dermatologist and the nurse took the time to carefully examine my skin concern using a dermatoscope and provided clear explanations about the diagnosis. I appreciated that they gave me two opinions, which really helped ease my anxiety. The clinic was clean, organized, and the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for the entire time, they answered all questions and made me feel at ease, thank you once again! Kevin is incredible! I've been doing physical therapy and fascia massages for almost 2 years with no real resolve. After my first session with Kevin I was able to get back to the gym and lifting! His ability to diagnose and treat is unmatched! Also super nice guy so it's always a great appointment!
