I never felt rushed and he always took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly. What stood out most was that he cared not only about my skin, but also about how I felt throughout the process. When I had concerns, he listened, reassured me, and adjusted the plan where needed. Alex is fantastic! After 6 months of skin trouble, many products and fruitless dermatologist appointments, I was skeptical that anyone could help. Alex impressed me immediately with his knowledge and advice, and even discouraged me from booking treatment with him until my skin was balanced again (unlike some of the other derms I visited…). He was quite thorough and patient with all of my questions. My skin is now back on track and set to be better than ever with his help. Can’t wait to sort my schedule so I can book my facial!

Turns out what I really needed was a deep tissue massage and I will be coming back for one of those! The candle massage was relaxing and the therapist really looked after me and made me feel so much more relaxed and limber. 10/10

Amazing deep tissue and sports massage—honestly one of the best I’ve had. Mangala really knows what he’s doing, finding all the right spots and working through tension with real precision, but without it ever feeling rushed. It struck the perfect balance between firm, targeted work and leaving me feeling properly relaxed and looser afterwards. Couldn’t recommend him enough, and I’ll definitely be booking in again in three weeks’ time!

I was a bit nervous about the needles, but Dr. Natalie at Viora Clinic has such a gentle touch! The Sylfirm X and Botox treatments were virtually painless she is incredibly meticulous and skilled. I walked out with an instant glow and my skin looks so much brighter already. The clinic is spotless and very comfortable. If you’re looking for high end results without the pain, Dr. Natalie is the best!

“I had a laser hair removal session today and my experience was good. The staff was professional and explained the procedure clearly. The treatment was quick with only mild discomfort. There was slight redness afterward, but it settled soon. The clinic was clean and hygienic. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend it.”the farida is so good 😊.

Kevin is incredible! I've been doing physical therapy and fascia massages for almost 2 years with no real resolve. After my first session with Kevin I was able to get back to the gym and lifting!
