I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail and beauty salon! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional, and I was made to feel welcome and relaxed throughout my visit. I had a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow treatment, and a massage, and every treatment was carried out to the highest standard. Esme was absolutely amazing! She has hands of gold—so gentle, caring, and incredibly skilled. Her calm nature and smooth touch made the massage especially relaxing, and every treatment was done with such attention to detail. The whole thing was amazing! Dina’s super sweet, made me feel completely comfortable, and did a beautiful natural looking job on my lip fillers (just like I asked). The procedure was quick and easy, and I even received an aftercare bag to take home. If you’re thinking about getting lip fillers, definitely get it done from here, I’ll be back! 💕🫶🏼
