I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

First time visiting and I was genuinely impressed. I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Becky, which immediately set the tone. I booked a Hydro Glow Facial. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and Shannon took the time to explain each step, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout. The salon is modern, spotless and has such a welcoming atmosphere it honestly felt like being at a friend’s house. I left feeling like my skin looked refreshed and glowing and the treatment was very reasonable priced. The goodie bag at the end was a really nice touch too.

Bought a gift for my wife. She had an extremely relaxing spa session with foot spa and body exfoliation. Leigh made her feel very relaxed. she came across highly experienced and really impressed me with her service and commitment to customer satisfaction. I had such a wonderful experience at this nail and beauty salon! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional, and I was made to feel welcome and relaxed throughout my visit. I had a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow treatment, and a massage, and every treatment was carried out to the highest standard. Esme was absolutely amazing! Leigh is an ultimate professional. Puts you at ease / calm through oils to start off with then works her magic. Lovely to talk to. So open and friendly. Soft but totally effective hands. Just a thoroughly enjoyable experience and far less knots, so ably relieved! So mellow / chilled this klutz somehow managed to trip on the steps upon leaving the gym (albeit at the gym for 1hr+ earlier in the day!)

The whole thing was amazing! Dina’s super sweet, made me feel completely comfortable, and did a beautiful natural looking job on my lip fillers (just like I asked). The procedure was quick and easy, and I even received an aftercare bag to take home. If you’re thinking about getting lip fillers, definitely get it done from here, I’ll be back! 💕🫶🏼
