Karen was lovely. Very approachable and clearly qualified and experienced. I felt I was in safe hands throughout. She is very keen to understand what outcome is expected before undertaking treatment to ensure it fully aligns to the client vision. Another great experience with Karen at Jessica Jane’s. I always get anxious before a treatment but once I’m in her care she makes me feel so relaxed. Her caring and compassionate nature just puts me at ease and the fact that she takes such pride in her work is one of the reason I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This combined with her experience and knowledge clearly makes her one of the very best in the aesthetics business. I highly recommend Karen every time, she’s very approachable and knows her stuff. I have been using this clinic for a number of years and I am always delighted with the service and results. Today I have had lip fillers. The first time for me and the treatment that I have always been the most frightened of. Mehnaaz was, as always, was so friendly and helpful. She is meticulous in her attention to detail and always thoroughly explains the procedure and the expected outcome. I needn’t have worried, the treatment was not painful at all. I still have post treatment swelling but this was expected and I have to say, not as bad as I thought it would be. 5 Stars again from me ❤️ xx

This was my second treatment with Mehnaaz and like the first it was an excellent experience. Mehnaaz provided lots of information in her initial consultancy to help me make a decision and I never felt pushed into anything. She took a lot of care in applying the injections and being a medic is highly skilled and expert at doing so. I was thrilled with the results; it’s boosted my confidence as working from home and using video conferencing has really flagged up that my face was looking tired. The treatments are delivered in Mehnaaz’s home treatment room which is like a high end clinic.

My salon team and I visited the Wellbeing Edit to use their sauna and wow...we LOVED it. The girls are so welcoming and made us iced coffees and matchas to take with us. Will definitely be returning. We already can't wait x

Following several in depth conversations with Mehnaaz, and a pre-treatment meeting, I felt confident in my decision to proceed with my first of three Radiesse treatments for my neckline.
