Mehnaaz is professional and knows exactly what treatments will enhance and compliment you & would never carry out treatments which wouldn't dispute customer requests, which makes you put full trust in her knowledge and experience. If you are looking for a facial and to feel at ease and refreshed, this is your place to go. Nat is professional, friendly, reassuring and explained each step clearly making me feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable around skincare and products. The whole experience was made to be relaxing and calming, the enviroment where it is based is also relaxing, clean and very welcoming I never felt awkward and there was no awkward silence that you can get in some places. It was heavenly and so calm. The results were amazing, significant improvement in concerns and skin felt hydrated and glowing!

Karen was lovely. Very approachable and clearly qualified and experienced. I felt I was in safe hands throughout. She is very keen to understand what outcome is expected before undertaking treatment to ensure it fully aligns to the client vision. I respect this approach and felt like she would readily advise against procedure or suggest a different approach. Would definitely recommend and return.
