Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Wow what an amazing place this is. I went for the recovery lounge & after one session there bought a package as it has all my needs in one place. The attention to detail is spot on, Filip & Zoe have been so helpful (as have all the staff). There are call buttons to help with anything and handy little tools i.e led mask for added extras when youre relaxing. I look forward to coming here every week and really does set up my week! I know they offer a communal space but I prefer the privacy of the recovery lounge .

Filipino was fantastic in guiding us today on our use of the recovery Lounge as it was our first time visiting. He explained what we were doing and the benefit it would provide us. He was very supportive and motivating when it came to the ice bath that I was apprehensive to do. Also we were shown around the centre and given information on booking and memberships Great experience will definitely be back again. Thanks

Amazing experience. Clinic was lovely and clean. Arrived in lots of pain for a deep tissue shoulder and neck release massage. Left a bit tender as expected but a couple of days on I can hugely feel the difference! Waiyee was fantastic, she made me feel comfortable and also offered expert advice on preventing the issue I was having by suggesting exercises, posture etc. I will definitely be returning. Fantastic clinic. Thank you.

Great massage (and a chin-wag), as always from Waiyee! Just what I needed after my Marathon. Booked the the Contrast therapy lounge for later as well,...just to make sure my body got a great recovery session! The wellness Lounge is my favourite place to rest and recover! 😊 x

Excellent. Waiyee gave me a first class massage, clearing knots in shoulders, back & legs. She then offered me the chance to try out the inflatable compression socks…a great experience, which I would like to build into my recovery program.

Waiyee is an absolute genius, giving me tips on how to improve my training to help with my running and I've really felt the benefits, no longer having issues with my knees running which is a first! She gets in at the issues, and is the reason I've now gone for the monthly subscription and will keep coming back!

I had a 45min session in the recovery compression boots and it was excellent. The space was very relaxing, clean and well set out. Filip was fantastic and took the time to get to know me in order to make the most of the session. I would highly recommend The Wellness Lounge to anyone no matter your goal, you’ll be well looked after here!

Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

Waiee was amazing as usual. We always have a good chat and she knows exactly what's going on with my problematic runners legs and glutes! Also gives great advice on exercises and solutions to reduce further injury or issues. Claire x
