I had an incredible experience at Ruen Thai Spa on Sunday! The ambiance was nice, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Only one think I need to mention : You need relaxing music inside the room ! Massage was nothing short of amazing; the therapist skillfully relieved my tension and made me feel truly relaxed. I left feeling rejuvenated! I highly recommend Ruen Thai Spa for anyone seeking a blissful escape.

Effective treatment delivering visible results. The environment is spa-level relaxing, I always leave feeling relaxed and revitalised with glowing skin. Inner Glow goes the extra mile to create a safe and comfortable environment, touches like the heated blanket and bespoke tailoring of the treatment really give it that je ne sais quoi!

Amazing aromatherapy massage. The spa was clean, relaxing and welcoming, and the massage left me feeling completely refreshed. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly, attentive and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We ha a truly wonderful experience at Ruen Thai! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully relaxing. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable and cared for throughout our visit. The massage itself was amazing — easily one of the best I’ve had. Every detail was thoughtful and personalized. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely recharged. I recently had a deep tissue massage with Methi and it was absolutely fantastic! I've been having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and he really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much relief afterward. He also gave me some great tips for stretches I can do at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Methi was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Methi and Ruen Thai Spa for anyone looking for a great massage! I will definitely be back for another massage soon.

I had the best massage I’ve ever had with Lucy. She was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She took the time to understand where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment to what my body needed. I left feeling more relaxed than I have in a very long time, and even though I’m feeling it today, I could already feel such a difference in my movement. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people feel better, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. I’ll definitely be a long standing customer 🤍

I have never had a facial before and wasn't sure what to expect but it was amazing! Roberta made it such a relaxing and recharging experience and had my skin glowing! The dermablading was so good, the facemask, massages, cleasing. I loved it all. I will definitely be back!

I had the most relaxing facial with Roberta. The treatment was so calming and my skin felt incredible afterwards – really hydrated, smooth and glowing. She created such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere and explained everything she was doing which made the whole experience really calming.

I visited for my first massage last week, I was after a deep tissue massage to relieve spasm in the muscles along my spine. The studio is lovely, clean and just had a cosy/relaxing feeling to it. Shay was great about understanding my main concern and really friendly. Most importantly my spine was immediately better and I have not experienced any pain or discomfort whilst at rest in my spine since. Best/most effective deep tissue massage I have ever had! I was so impressed, I returned less than a week later for a migraine trigger point massage! Highly recommend - thank you Shay x

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at inner Glow! The facial was nothing short of amazing – my skin has never felt so refreshed and rejuvenated. The highlight, however, was the incredible head massage that accompanied the treatment. It was so relaxing and soothing, truly elevating the entire experience. Lucy is absolutely brilliant at what she does! This was the second time I’ve been for a full body massage and I always walk away feeling like I could float. That sounds exaggerative… but believe me, I’m not kidding! Third massage booked in after today and I’m already looking forward to it. The aches and pains are gone and I feel beyond relaxed. This is an experience I wish I knew I needed years ago.
