I had an incredible experience at Ruen Thai Spa on Sunday! The ambiance was nice, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Only one think I need to mention : You need relaxing music inside the room ! Massage was nothing short of amazing; the therapist skillfully relieved my tension and made me feel truly relaxed. I left feeling rejuvenated! I highly recommend Ruen Thai Spa for anyone seeking a blissful escape.

Amazing aromatherapy massage. The spa was clean, relaxing and welcoming, and the massage left me feeling completely refreshed. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly, attentive and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I recently had the most relaxing Indian head ritual by the lovely Laura. It started with a beautiful back neck and shoulder massage, followed by a gorgeous face and scalp massage. I left feeling totally relaxed following a very busy morning. It was devine and I would totally recommend this treatment from Laura at Soothe and Glow. Thank you! ❤️

We ha a truly wonderful experience at Ruen Thai! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully relaxing. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable and cared for throughout our visit. The massage itself was amazing — easily one of the best I’ve had. Every detail was thoughtful and personalized. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely recharged. I recently had a deep tissue massage with Methi and it was absolutely fantastic! I've been having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and he really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much relief afterward. He also gave me some great tips for stretches I can do at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Methi was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Methi and Ruen Thai Spa for anyone looking for a great massage! I will definitely be back for another massage soon.

I had the best massage I’ve ever had with Lucy. She was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She took the time to understand where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment to what my body needed. I left feeling more relaxed than I have in a very long time, and even though I’m feeling it today, I could already feel such a difference in my movement. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people feel better, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. I’ll definitely be a long standing customer 🤍

Nicky was incredible. She quickly identified all the areas that needed attention and worked through the tight knots with the perfect amount of pressure. maddi was great, i went for a pregnancy massage she explained things she couldn’t and could do that were safe definitely helping me feel reassured. i was comfortable and relaxed the whole time and left feeling completely refreshed. i will definitely be back for other treatments after my baby is born, thank you x

Lucy is absolutely brilliant at what she does! This was the second time I’ve been for a full body massage and I always walk away feeling like I could float. That sounds exaggerative… but believe me, I’m not kidding! Third massage booked in after today and I’m already looking forward to it. The aches and pains are gone and I feel beyond relaxed. This is an experience I wish I knew I needed years ago.
