Najlepsze spa i sauny w mojej okolicy – Osterley and Spring Grove, Londyn, Wielka Brytania

I’ve been visiting this salon regularly, and every experience has been amazing! 💆‍♀️✨ About a month ago, I got my manicure and pedicure, and they were done so beautifully my hands and feet felt so pampered and clean. Two weeks ago, I went back for a haircut, and I absolutely loved the result stylish, soft, and exactly how I wanted it the best part was I was suggest to do a cut that actually suits my hair and I loved it💇‍♀️ Today, I treated myself to a deep conditioning hair spa, and my hair feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy. And also face wax was done with relaxing face massage

Every visit to Ambiance Beauty is such a lovely experience. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and make you feel so relaxed from the moment you walk through the door. I had my hair cut to shoulder length yesterday, and I absolutely love it! My hairstylist always takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and never disappoints. I always leave feeling happy, confident, and refreshed. Thank you so much for another amazing haircut. I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair now. I really look forward to my reflexology treatment with Andrea. Following discussion, Andrea based the latest treatment around my migraine symptoms which had been developing beforehand. Following treatment my 'headiness' disappeared within an hour of leaving the salon. I cannot recommend Andrea more highly. It is by far the most relaxing treatment I have ever had and she has such a lovely caring manner. An hour of perfect relaxation and bliss in a very calming environment. Thank you Andrea.

Was apprehensive of course and a little nervous this being my first time, but was soon put to ease by Clair, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the colonic hydrotherapy session and it was no big deal! Felt so good afterwards, very glad I had it done and will be booking in again very soon. Thank you 😊

I highly recommend Enrida. I have had several colonic hydrotherapy sessions with her and have always been very happy with the experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and makes you feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. The clinic is very private, clean, and comfortable, creating a safe and relaxing environment. Enrida takes the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions, which gives you great confidence in her expertise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering colonic hydrotherapy. Thank you, Enrida, for your patience and care.

I had a fantastic experience with Nelly. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, professional, and very well organised. Nelly is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to really understand your needs which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the treatment. What stood out the most was her attention to detail and genuine care – nothing felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and has a very relaxing atmosphere.Highly recommend Nelly and everyone in the clinic to anyone looking for high-quality, personalised care.

Oksana is incredibly friendly, highly professional, and it really shows in the way she works. What stood out the most is that she genuinely cares about delivering effective results. She doesn’t just go through the motions or rush to finish — she takes her time, focuses on what your body actually needs, and makes sure every step of the treatment has a purpose. You can feel that she’s invested in giving you the best possible outcome, not just completing an appointment. She constantly checks in to ensure you’re comfortable, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing and reassuring.

I had my second time going to the infrared bed - it was as wonderful as the first time. More to come. Apart from the physical benefits that bed offers, it also plays a good part in my mental well-being. It gives me time to myself, helps me switch off, and truly relax. This is moment where I can slow down and unwind.

I was anxious at first because it was different from the traditional therapist- controlled system that I was using used to. But as I go through the procedure I have realised that it was actually a lot better! I would come here again. In fact i have booked my next appointment. Thanks very much Clair, see you next time!
