Today, I visited Avanzato Grooming Lounge for a pedicure and was thoroughly impressed. Zeela provided exceptional service, demonstrating remarkable care and diligence throughout the experience. Her attention to detail made the pedicure both enjoyable and relaxing. Although I only had a pedicure, the quality of service was outstanding and left a lasting impression. I highly recommend Avanzato Grooming Lounge for anyone seeking professional and attentive care.

Fantastic massage from my preferred masseur, who really knows a lot about the body. I am always very impressed. Fantastic receptionists who always make me feel very welcome. Fantastic spa facilities; steam room, dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi and salt room. Great for relaxing in after my massage session.

I was warmly welcome by staff. My masseur was very respectful He took account of my physical ailments and ensured that the pressure of the massage was to my liking. Afterwards I made use of their spa facilities. Their sauna was warm and relaxing. The jacuzzi was equally relaxing. I was very impressed by their service that I have booked another package of sessions. I would highly recommend the venue.

I can't recommend Iwona enough, she is the best! She is incredibly talented, so friendly and welcoming. I had a 90 minute soothing head spa, which Iwona helped me feel so relaxed and at peace. All the tools and scents used were brilliant, and I especially enjoyed the neck/shoulder massage. I've had head spas before, but nothing compares to this - I will definitely be back again! Thank you so much!

I’d never had a lymphatic massage before so I wasn’t really sure what to expect… but wow, Vanessa was amazing! I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Her studio space is so calming and the heated bed and music were super relaxing. Vanessa clearly knows her stuff and put me at ease. I look forward to my next appointment.

I booked the Back Rub Restore (30 minutes) at Opulence Thai Spa as I was in a rush and needed quick relief from back pain. It exceeded my expectations — the therapist managed to release the tension in just 30 minutes, and my back pain disappeared almost immediately and stayed away for days. The spa is clean, relaxing, and the staff were very professional. Perfect if you need fast but effective relief in central London. I’ll definitely be back!

I had such a relaxing experience with Iwona! I am neurodiverse and struggle with sensory overload, but the environment here was calm, safe, relaxing and welcoming. Iwona truly cares about what she does — it’s clear this is a quality service and I really appreciate someone who loves their work and is so skilled. The massage, scents, and music were perfect, and my hair feels amazing after the blow dry. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended, especially for anyone looking for a neurodiverse-friendly space and also as a thoughtful gift for a loved one to unwind and relax. Thank you!

Danute is the best waxer i have ever had and i al nearly 60! Her professional and lovely manner always make waxing relaxing experience even though it shouldn’t be. Danute also gives amazing facials. The best beautician ever. And the Shoreditch Spa is a lovely warm independent environment to come into and everyone is lovely.

I had an amazing session with Nick. He has a confident, grounded presence and very skilled hands that made me feel completely at ease from the start. His touch was strong, slow, and intentional, creating a deeply relaxing and subtly sensual experience. The connection and flow during the massage felt natural, warm, and very intimate in a tasteful, respectful way. I left feeling relaxed, re-energised, and incredibly well cared for. Highly recommended – Nick truly knows how to create a memorable massage experience.

I cannot recommend this head spa enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and luxurious. Iwona was incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was pure bliss. A perfect combination of scalp massage, cleansing, and aromatherapy that left me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and surprisingly energized. My hair and scalp have never felt healthier! If you're looking for a unique self-care experience that goes beyond the typical spa visit, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

second time with Nick very nice and special time recommend Nick amazing massage and friendly An excellent Thai massage and very relaxing experience. Nick is an experienced professional that knows how to work out all your knots and relax your tense muscles. He is genuinely a really nice guy who provides an outstanding massage in a professional setting. He doesn’t over schedule so he has the energy to last the entire time. His charm and personality creates a relaxing and caring environment. I would definitely recommend him and will be scheduling another session with him.

We had a really good experience and felt relaxed after. All the stretches I had was a huge help especially for my back as I had been feeling a lot of tension on my back muscles due to work. The option to have a tea afterwards is a bonus and made the experience a lot more relaxing.

I've been a regular for about 3 years now - it feels like my 2nd home now! My absolute favourite aesthetician is Danute - she's always done an excellent job with my facials. Yadilene also did my facial and pedicure recently and I also fell in love with her! I left feeling the most relaxed I've felt in months! I also really appreciate Yadilene educating me a bit about what I need for my skin. They're all such a lovely bunch, even the receptionist Maricela! Highly recommend Danute & Yadilene at the spa! <3

Arrived early and was allowed to use the spa facilities even though I only booked for an hour. The spa is clean and staff is friendly. I didn't understand the benefits of all the different rooms but was happy with the hammon, sauna and jacuzzi which is what I'm used too. My masseuse Iskra was AMAZING! She applied the right pressure and really tried to work out my knots. The fruit platter, juice and prosecco was a nice touch. The whole experience was wonderful, just time went too quickly.

What an incredible surprise. Our flight got cancelled so we were looking for something to relieve the stress of the day. Given that it was Sunday we weren’t expecting much to be open but gave a call and they were able to book myself and my wife massages - even brought in another therapist to make it happen. I had the deep tissue and it may have been the best massages ever - great combo of deep followed by soothing then more deep. To our surprise after the massage we had access to steam, sauna, pool to further relax- even provided us with disposable bathing suits. Wish we found this sooner.

I had the Morrocan Hamam package which included hamam, deep tissue massage, and use of the facilities - sauna, steam room and plunge pool. The care and attention of the masseuse / therapist was First Class! Nothing was rushed and I geniunely felt renewed and totally relaxed at the end. All members of staff were very welcoming and friendly; keeping me refreshed and hydrated (fruit & green tea). I highly recommend the centre (~8 months new) and services - assuming you can afford this level of luxury and the "Park Lane" experience (definitely worth it!).

We had the most wonderful experience at the intercontinental spa for my sister in law’s hen do. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make the day feel truly special. We each enjoyed 3 treatments each, and every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we were comfortable and relaxed throughout the day. They were also so accommodating in helping us celebrate by allowing us to bring a cake, presents and a few small decorations. A very special thank you to Dawn and all the expert therapists for a truly memorable day. We will be back!

Overall 10/10 experience. They instruct and treat with full respect and professionalism, their team even offered free steam sauna treat to everyone at the end of the session. Definitely recommend to everyone who wants to shed off some stress and release toxic stuff out of your system.

I visited Nisa Thai a few times and I feel very happy with the service. The place is clean, quiet, and make me relax straight away. The girls are friendly are very skilled and they understand exactly where I have pain or tension. Convenient to get there, the Victoria Station is pretty close, and finally a place where I can use sauna without needing to pay a monthly subscription

Amazon experience as always. The new studio is beautiful and such a calming and relaxed environment. Having had a facial a week before at a hotel spa, it was nice to come back to Kush for the most amazing facial which knocks the spa out of the park!

I have been going to Kush for his Bespoke treatments for a few years. Kush gives the best facial I have ever had. It beats any hotel spa treatment and leaves me glowing and feeling refreshed every time. Kush uses a number of different techniques, and his facial massage makes your skin feel 10 years younger. Combined with the head, neck, and shoulder massage, it makes for a very relaxing facial treatment. 100% recommended!
