For a first time visit at this spa. I am speechless as how clean and well organize it is. I want to thank Alexi for the beautiful techniques and soft hands. I took the 90 minutes head spa, not only was I taken before my appointment time but it was really a 90 mins duration. So worth it for the relaxing feeling and the shampoo smells so good. I also want to thank Mo at the front desk :)

The head spa service was absolutely amazing—so relaxing and impeccably clean. I’ve had this service done before in Japan, and this was my first time experiencing it outside of Japan. It truly exceeded my expectations. Ghofram and Hamma were both wonderful and made the experience extra special. They provided the service for both myself and my mom, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. Highly recommend!

I had never had a head spa before, but the experience was wonderful! I took the silver bundle. They started by assessing my hair and scalp to personalize the treatment. Then cleaned and treated my skin, massaged and washed my head, and steamed my face. The neck massage was especially well done. I really appreciated how attentive the service was! I would definitely go back and get the gold bundle.

Ruby was the sweetest, kindest, and most welcoming person, but also incredibly talented. She was truly amazing. I had the most wonderful and relaxing treatment and facial it exceeded all my expectations. Although I asked a ton of questions, she was so patient, open, and genuinely happy to explain everything. She walked me through every step and took her time, even though it was a long appointment. I’m so grateful for how incredible she made me feel.
