I’ve been coming to Hair by Hong, Oakleigh for over a year now and this is the only salon I come to while living in Melbourne. I have pretty thin Asian-style hair and I personally feel this is the only place who understands how to handle and cut my hair to my style/taste! My hairstylist is Bella, and she is amazing, always knows what I need! My experience has always been fantastic- from the front of house greetings, hair washed, and cut. It has been nothing short of professional and I always feel welcome. Such a friendly, comfortable, chic, & professional ambience and team!

From the minute I walked in this morning I felt calmer and more relaxed. Toni has magic hands and a voice that is more soothing than the sound of the ocean. Very clean and relaxing place. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I had my first floatation experience and it was great. I was giving more than enough time for me to enjoy the treatment before hopping to my massage. Jenny is a skillful masseure who able to relax my tensed muscle. The entire treatments was very pleasant and enjoyable.

Isabel is so sweet, caring and knowledgeable with skin. Her lymphatic drainage massage is so incredibly effective and relaxing. I come out feeling like a refreshed, new person.

Had a wonderful and relaxing facial session with Isabel on the weekend. I wanted to target my acne scarring and have a clearer skin for my wedding next year. I’m a sensitive skin girly and I was so happy with the approach she has taken. Explained all the science behind it and the importance of prepping the skin and also including a more structured facial routine, really appreciated that!

The infra red sauna is effective and feel great after the session. The sauna can fit a couple. Large room with changing area, shower and sauna.
