I had such a wonderful and relaxing experience at this spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The environment is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. Dip, the owner, is absolutely lovely and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She gave an amazing massage that was both relaxing and rejuvenating. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and well cared for. I was gifted a Mother’s Day voucher and was a little hesitant at first—imagining old Roman bathhouses from history books! But walking in to Dip, there’s something about the atmosphere that lifts your soul. The staff are kind, attentive, and make the whole experience feel special. I loved the organic herbal tea while soaking in the crystal-clear pools. Everything is thoughtfully provided from moisturizer to filtered water. The massage was incredible. The therapist listened carefully to my preferences and concerns. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and cared for. I highly recommend Dip!

Received a gift card for dip bathhouse so went with my husband. It was a really lovely experience, the spas are the perfect temperatures and the vibe is very relaxing. Highly recommended!

Obsessed with this bathhouse ! The staff are so accommodating and the facilities are really beautiful. I love that there is no over crowding at this place even better that there are more options closer to home.
