Always leave feeling so much more relaxed both physically and mentally. Having regular massages has helped greatly with my arthritis. The room is such a relaxing space I can feel myself start to relax the moment I arrive. I cannot recommend enough, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

The massage room is like a haven, so relaxing and comforting. I have been having massages here regularly and it has helped so much with my arthritus in my hips back and knee. I am in significantly less pain. If you haven't been to The Pod you are definitely missing out! I honestly can't recommend Micheal and Sarah enough! Their knowledge is amazing!

Without doubt, the best relaxing massage I've ever had (and I've tried many places!). From the moment you meet Michael you start to feel yourself relaxing - he immediately puts you at ease. After a consultation and overview of what's included, once you're on the bed the magic really happens! Michaels technique has obviously been perfected over a number of years and provides a deep, relaxing experience. I could not recommend more highly!

Michael was extremely professional and friendly he made me feel at ease instantly. I had the 2 hour full body massage it was so relaxing and he hit all the right spots he knew exactly what areas needed more pressure. I left completely De stressed and he melted my tension away. The room was clean and it had a very relaxing atmosphere. I was struggling to find a decent massage therapist but I have finally Found one. I will recommended him To everyone!!! This was my first time visiting for a massage. I was made to feel very welcome. Michael took time to explain everything and I chose my own music to have on. What a fantastic massage! I would really recommend booking to a massage here, so relaxing and I left feeling so much better.

I had a Hollywood wax today and the experience was amazing! The therapist made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout. It was quick, hygienic, and almost painless. Very happy with the results — smooth and clean finish. Highly recommend!

It's been a long time since I've had such painless bikini waxes. It can be hard to find someone so good and Jane is the best. She clearly knows what she's talking about with the science of the service as well as her extensive experience, which results in a painless wax with next to no ingrown hairs. She's also really great to talk to, which makes the service is very relaxing rather than awkward or rushed like in some salons. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
