Always leave feeling so much more relaxed both physically and mentally. Having regular massages has helped greatly with my arthritis. The room is such a relaxing space I can feel myself start to relax the moment I arrive. I cannot recommend enough, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

had the most AMAZING massage and facial with Caroline and honestly it was 10/10 from start to finish 🤍 From the moment I walked in she made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. The massage was unreal — perfect pressure, so calming, and I left feeling like a new person. And the facial… my skin has never felt so fresh, glowy and smooth! Caroline is so warm and lovely, and her attention to detail is just next level. Such a relaxing experience and exactly what I needed. I already can’t wait to book again!

The massage room is like a haven, so relaxing and comforting. I have been having massages here regularly and it has helped so much with my arthritus in my hips back and knee. I am in significantly less pain. If you haven't been to The Pod you are definitely missing out! I honestly can't recommend Micheal and Sarah enough! Their knowledge is amazing!

The massage was deeply relaxing, with a perfect balance of firm and gentle pressure. The scalp work in particular was incredible. After the session, my head felt clear, my posture felt lighter, and I slept better that night than I had in weeks. The space was clean and peaceful, and Caroline was professional and attentive throughout. I’d highly recommend an Indian head massage to anyone dealing with stress, tension, or mental fatigue. It’s surprisingly powerful for such a focused treatment.

Caroline made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in with her calm and friendly nature. The clean, tranquil environment helped me relax straight away. She took her time during the treatment and never made me feel rushed. I had the Ultra Back & Neck massage, and Caroline did a fantastic job, making sure my needs were fully met throughout. I would highly recommend her!

I went in for a deep tissue massage to address the tension in my body and it exceeded my expectations. The therapist applied the perfect amount of pressure. The space was calm and very clean, which made it easy to relax. I felt noticeably better afterward and will definitely be coming back.

I just had my first sports massage with acupuncture from Claire, focusing on my shoulders, and I can honestly say it was absolutely amazing. Claire's expertise and professionalism are truly first class. The combination of sports massage techniques with acupuncture needling was exactly what my shoulders needed. Claire has incredible knowledge of anatomy and muscle function, and she knew precisely where to target the treatment for maximum benefit. Claire is a really lovely lady and makes you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed and explains everything she is doing. I had a fantastic remedial massage and the dry needling and feel so much looser! Highly recommend claire.
