I throughly enjoyed my lymphatic massage and loved the power plate at the end too, such a great way to end the session. The massage was explained clearly by Megan, and I felt like the time flew by. The space was very serene and calm and I was made to feel very welcome. I highly recommend this treatment and will be definitely coming back for more. Absolutely blissful. The first time I’ve had lymphatic massage and it was relaxing, but also felt it was working far beneath the surface as it was so purposeful and practiced with real care and intention. I also had facial massage and red light mask, which was amazing ❤️

I had a wonderful experience with my lymphatic massage and facial. Megan has a beautiful calm and welcoming energy and made me feel instantly at ease. I had a very thorough massage which was relaxing despite being a deep lymphatic one, and the facial has left my skin glowing and feeling very hydrated. You can see that Megan has put a lot of thought into creating a whole experience, even providing thoughtful little extras as part of her treatments. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back ✨

Megan is so welcoming and an expert in this area. As a newbie to Lymphatic massage she guided me through the treatment at each stage explaining what she was doing and why. I felt completely at ease and relaxed. The bonus red light therapy facial was a fab addition. I felt leaving lighter and have had a great nights sleep. Can’t wait for my next session. Sam xx

I had such a beautiful experience at this wellness space. I originally booked the Vitality Sleep Relax body treatment and felt so deeply relaxed and restored that I decided to extend my session with an LPG facial treatment as well. Best decision ever. The care, professionalism, and calming energy were exceptional, and the results were instantly noticeable. My skin was smooth and plump, without redness, and no excessive oils used which I loved. I had a great experience! I never have had this kind of treatment before and once you get used to the noise, it's oddly relaxing. I had a drainage treatment and facial. You can really tell the difference from the facial afterwards. I feel very relaxed and like I will sleep well this evening!
