Throughout the massage, she regularly checked that the pressure was comfortable and made sure to ask which areas I wanted her to focus on, which I really appreciated. I have had a few massages here with different therapists all offering there styles and hands on work. On this occasion i had Natt, she kindly asked me what my body needed and how hard i wanted it. I decided to go with "Hard". Needless to say she got into all my tight knots and muscles while i wriggled and grunted away, she gave me a mixture of pain and nearer the end feeling sorry for me made it relaxing, we both laughed and i went away knowing my muscles, hips and shoulders had been released and worked.

I had a lovely experience with Loukia today. It was a very relaxing and calm environment. I enjoyed the lovely botanicals facial & back massage which was gorgeous. The products used felt and smelt amazing when applied. Everything was explained prior to beginning each treatment with care and attention. Lots of nice little details to make you even more comfortable from the heated bed to the little choclate treat at the end!! Just perfection! I had been suffering with a very stiff neck, shoulder and chest pain, along with constant back pain. My movement was extremely limited and I was even struggling to sleep because of the discomfort. After an incredible deep tissue massage, the difference was unbelievable. My neck movement came back almost immediately, the pain eased significantly, and I finally felt relief throughout my body.
