Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

This was amazing! I love ASMR to relax and fall asleep, and I’ve been hoping for somewhere nearby like this. Georgia was lovely, and the massage was incredible — I even had to wake myself up before driving! You can tell a lot of thought went into making it relaxing, from the gentle hair play and back tickling to the flow of the session. The room was calming, and the heated blanket was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

Wow what can I say, I’ve had massages before but this was something else, thing is it wasn’t a massage it was a relaxation hour ASMR to perfection, honestly from start to finish Georgia made me feel welcome, calm & mainly relaxed .. I suffer with ADHD & anxiety so I was very skeptical of how I was going to be during the hour here but I was so relaxed I fell asleep 🥹 highly recommended & I will definitely be booking again!! Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness, aches or sports-related pain.

Done such a great job diagnosing and helping fix my injuries. The recommended stretches and strengthening exercises have been recusing my aches and pains week on week, along with the massages during the appointments.

Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! Paige is a total 'encyclopedia' of knowledge; she explains everything clearly and has truly educated me on the vital importance of rest and recovery. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone dealing with chronic pain

Beth is so welcoming, makes you feel comfortable and the treatment was fab - and her salon is beautiful. She understood the benefits of lymphatic drainage for those with endometriosis which is super important to me. It’s nice having this kind of treatment to help rather than being prodded and poked in hospital. Would highly recommend, thank you Beth 🥰

Walked in a little scared of what was wrong, Lewis made me feel incredibly at ease, comfortably and relaxed. Explained everything to me, very knowledgeable about the human body. Started to work on my lower back, explaining everything he was doing, asking "if I was ok, is this hurting, would you like me to stop etc" I've had lots of work done on my back of the years, I've walked away happy, feeling like I can carry on with my life, gym and work, definitely made to feel like I have nothing to worry about. Cara had a look at a problem that I've had with my back for a while. She was very thorough in her assessment and identified the likely problem for me. She prescribed some rehab exercises and clearly demonstrated them to me. The massage gave me some relief straight away. I've already recommended her to my wife!

The Hydro facial i had at Bare skin clinic was the best experience. Lauren was extremely friendly and remarkably knowledgeable. The treatment was absolutely wonderful, so relaxing and afterwards my skin looked so smooth and plump. The advice I received from Lauren on looking after my skin was fantastic!!

This is definitely the go to place to visit for sports injury and treatment. Ive been several times after starting to play walking football. At first it was with niggling injuries and once with a knee injury. Cara has really got me back to fitness again with preventative excerises and massages and now with no niggling injuries. Even enabling me to climb The Old Man of Coniston with no injury issues after. Would 100% recommend!

Had a really good sports massage with Lewis, focused mainly on my lower back. He took the time to ask a few questions first about where I was feeling tight and what my training load was like, which I appreciated. My lower back felt noticeably looser straight after, and I have way more movement the next day. He also gave me a couple of simple tips to help stop it tightening up again.
