I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

This was amazing! I love ASMR to relax and fall asleep, and I’ve been hoping for somewhere nearby like this. Georgia was lovely, and the massage was incredible — I even had to wake myself up before driving! You can tell a lot of thought went into making it relaxing, from the gentle hair play and back tickling to the flow of the session. The room was calming, and the heated blanket was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

Wow what can I say, I’ve had massages before but this was something else, thing is it wasn’t a massage it was a relaxation hour ASMR to perfection, honestly from start to finish Georgia made me feel welcome, calm & mainly relaxed .. I suffer with ADHD & anxiety so I was very skeptical of how I was going to be during the hour here but I was so relaxed I fell asleep 🥹 highly recommended & I will definitely be booking again!! The treatment I received was in lovely relaxing atmosphere. Paige explained the potential cause of my pain and got straight to work identifying the trigger point. The massage really helped and from just one session seemed to ease the pain that I have been experiencing. I am going on holiday in a few days but have taken on board the additional things that Paige has suggested, that I can perform to aid my recovery. I will be booking another session on my return.

Cara had a look at a problem that I've had with my back for a while. She was very thorough in her assessment and identified the likely problem for me. She prescribed some rehab exercises and clearly demonstrated them to me. The massage gave me some relief straight away. I've already recommended her to my wife!

This is definitely the go to place to visit for sports injury and treatment. Ive been several times after starting to play walking football. At first it was with niggling injuries and once with a knee injury. Cara has really got me back to fitness again with preventative excerises and massages and now with no niggling injuries. Even enabling me to climb The Old Man of Coniston with no injury issues after. Would 100% recommend!

Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

Loved it! Highly recommended. After moving from Australia to the UK I have really struggled with health, the HBOT instantly made me feel better and felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. Will definitely be coming back, I have a little claustrophobia so I raised my concern around it going into HBOT but I was checked on throughout my session to ensure I was comfortable. Thank you

Paige is an amazing acupuncturist—she’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain how everything works and what you’re feeling during the treatment. She creates such a calming, comfortable environment that I usually end up falling asleep! I felt the benefits immediately, and this is now my second session with her. I’ve also had other treatments, including a lymphatic massage post-op, and the results were incredible. Highly recommend!

First timer - a little nervous. The experience was amazing the guys were very informative. The experience was relaxing and I read a book during the hour. The positives, definitely relaxing and therapeutic and the stand out for me is I had a full nights sleep. I normally have broken sleep waking regularly. thanks.
