Everyone at Motion Remedy is incredible, I've been going for the best part of the year and have enjoyed every single massage. I've now been getting regular pregnancy massages with Apple and honestly she has the hands of an angel. She is single-handedly getting me through the aches and pains of the third trimester and I cannot praise her enough. I also booked my husband in with Apple for an aromatherapy massage, he usually struggles with relaxing and is really tense, but he came out relaxed and rejuvenated!

Had a 1 hour Thai Combination massage and it was great. I loved all the stretches and felt so relaxed afterwards and all my tension was gone. The rooms are super clean and all the therapists I've had are very good. All the small attention to detail made it a great experience. I will be back

Highly recommend! This was my first lymphatic massage, and I never expected it to be this incredible. I’ve suffered from swelling and heaviness for a long time, and out of all the massages I’ve had in my life, this was by far the most relaxing and effective. The entire experience was seamless from the warm welcome at reception to the masseuse whose gentle technique made the session so enjoyable. I had my first massage with Ula today, and it was a fantastic experience. I came in with lower back pain and tight shoulders, and she quickly found the areas that needed the most attention. Ula was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The massage was excellent, and I left feeling much more relaxed with far less pain and tension. I was really impressed with her skill and care and would highly recommend her. I'll definitely be booking again. Premises was immaculate and of very high standard. Thank you!

I’ve felt so relaxed since my massage. Lynne really listened to what I needed and focused on all the areas we discussed. From start to finish, I felt completely cared for and understood. Great massage as always from Lynne. Had a bespoke massage today as I’ve been having issues with my shoulder. Lynne worked on my shoulder which had knots. Left Lynne’s feeling so much better. Lynne provides a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. I’ll be booking again in a couple of months as another treat to myself.
