Lovely relaxing setting, I felt very comfortable being there. Charlene is a lovely lady, she made me feel like I could voice what I needed, she made sure pressure was good for me throughout and she focused on the areas of my medical issues where I needed more relaxation. Very professional massage, I’ve never felt so relaxed before. I came away feeling like my body was lighter & about 5 years younger. I would 1,000% recommend her & will definitely be booking another soon. Thank you Charlene! From Rosie

I had a full-body therapeutic and relaxation massage, and it was absolutely wonderful. Charlene is incredibly skilled, attentive, and has a natural gift for understanding exactly what your body needs. She truly has magic hands — firm yet gentle — and knows precisely how to release tension. She’s not only a true professional but also a kind and genuine person who makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment. I felt deeply relaxed and so much better afterwards, both physically and mentally. Her calm energy and professionalism make the whole experience truly special. Highly recommended!

Had a brilliant full body sports massage by Kelroy this evening, he started with a quick investigative questionnaire asking me if I had any particular spots that needed attention, then he went onto asses those areas, so he could choose the correct method to help stimulate. The affected areas I needed attention to. I left feeling so much more mobile and fresher.

Amazing experience. I've been to several sports massage therapist but never have I met someone who has so much knowledge about their craft. He doesn't just jump in- he ask all the right questions and assesses the situation before then working his magic! I'm glad I acted on the recommendation, & I will be back! I've also told people already the amazing job he done. I've been pain free and my shoulder is no longer restricted ( and I've kept up with the homework exercises he's advised). Worth every single penny paid!! Thank you again!

Good massage and am feeling better for it, will definitely be coming back

Excellent service as always! I didn't realise before the session today just how tight some of my muscles were (such as my IT band.) Beata carefully worked with her hands, warm bamboo and a massage gun to help loosen some of my muscles and to flush out the toxins to help aid my recovery. I'd highly recommend her services to anyone! :)
