We attended for a 55 minute couples massage with Faith and Abbie, and it was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. The massages were exactly what we both needed, and we left feeling refreshed and de-stressed. Faith and Abbie were both professional, friendly, and excellent at what they do. They really know all the right spots to target tension and made us feel completely at ease. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'll definitely be back again and would highly recommend!

Helen is an outstanding therapist. She has a deeply holistic and intuitive approach, really seeking to undertake wider context and treat the whole person. She is fully receptive to the needs of her client, and very willing to adapt and personalise treatments. Very skilled at varied massage and more diverse treatments like lymphatic drainage. Her space is beautiful and utterly relaxing. Profoundly relaxing and safely held. Couldn’t recommend more!

Tracey was so warm and friendly and really put me at ease. I haven’t really booked myself a massage before because I’ve always felt too nervous, but I will 100% be coming back here. My treatments with Helen never disappoint. I had my usual pedicure, facial and back massage. Although Helen does a full body massage, I tend to have the 15-minute back massage which is very therapeutic and she eases away any knots in my shoulders. Her treatment room is so welcoming and comfortable and I look forward to my visits every six weeks as a break from all the commitments I have and the chance to relax, chat and be pampered. I cannot recommend her treatments and beauty advice highly enough. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

One of the best massages I have ever had. I initially booked to try the Myofascial massage as I keep reading about tight Fascia and despite having a lot of massages had never tried it. However having talked through my issues with Tracy she did an amazing combination of myofascial, traditional massage and hot stones which really got into all my knots and tightness. She even talked through some of the stress I'm dealing with at work at the same time - felt like therapy and a massage in one! Would definitely recommend.
