I had the Gold Package at Jemma’s Japanese Head Spa today and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Every step felt thoughtful and luxurious, especially the scalp massage—it completely melted away my tension! My scalp felt refreshed, my hair was noticeably softer, and the facial left my skin looking brighter. The water therapy and unique finishing touches made the whole experience even more calming 🫶🏻 A big thank you to Jemma for such a wonderful experience—I walked out feeling completely reset. Definitely worth it if you want a truly relaxing, indulgent treatment! 💆🏻‍♀️

I had a Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage massage for 1.5 hours. This was my first visit and Oksana made me feel very comfortable during the treatment and she listened to my concerns and tailored the treatment for my needs.I felt great afterwards and I already booked my next treatment! Thank you 😊

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome and at ease, the room was warm and had calming music playing. The water was just the right temperature and the products have left my hair smelling and feeling amazing. I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. At one point I couldn’t even lift my elbow to shoulder height After one 90-minute Performance Recovery Sports Massage, she found it straight away and released it 24 hours later I’ve got full range of movement back. If you’re dealing with injuries, tight lats, glutes or anything that keeps pulling on your pelvis, she is your girl

First time going to Ains Beauty and I’ll definitely be going back. I saw this salon advertised on instagram and the hydra facial looked impressive compared to ones I’d had before, I decided to give them a go and booked in for a hydra facial with Naila. Naila was lovely and spent time going through my skincare routine and advised on a more suitable facial for my skin type. I took Nailas advice and I’m so pleased I did, my skin feels and looks amazing, my skin was very dehydrated and dull and now it’s glowing. I highly recommend Naila and I’ll definitely be going back.😊
