Had the most lovely treatment yesterday with Lynsay. It may have been frosty with a touch of snow outside, but it was warm and relaxing inside. Sally is absolutely amazing at what she does. I have experienced both reiki and Indian head massage on two occasions now, and each time I leave feeling incredibly relaxed and calm. The aura of her treatment room is so soothing, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. Sally is a gentle soul who instantly puts you at ease. I highly recommend her services!

Yet another amazing session with Toni. After having put in some serious miles in walking the Hills of Wales, and then to top off a sudden urge for me to learn to play golf, which impacted my back. Toni has no problem getting deep into those hidden knots. Both friendly and professional. Left me feeling soothed and relaxed. And Toni also provided top tips and guidance so as not to cause further aggravation when training. As usual we had a great chat, talking about all sorts of different things, and her knowledge around the human body is amazing.

5⭐️➕️, Professional & friendly, Toni knows her stuff. A chat first to check for any specific areas which were causing pain or tightness, how I was managing previous complaints, especially my neck area and back. Toni also checks where I feel I need attention and explains what she is going to do. Today was an overdue (on my part) sports massage with targeted treatment to my legs and then neck and arms. As usual we had a lovely chat. I enjoy finding out about my muscles and body while it gets a well earned manipulation. Toni finishes with advice on what to expect & do after treatment

Toni helped me recover from a shoulder problem I had in thr Spring with a pinched nerve near my neck and painful knot around the scapula area causing spasms and painful tightness all down my right arm. She played a key role in helping me recover recommending physiotherapy for the neck area, ultrasound, which I did with a physio. Recently I enjoyed a deep tissue massage as part of my training regime without any shoulder pain thanks to Toni and her advice and guidance.

I experience a great deal of lower back pain which impacts on my ability to benefit fully from reiki whilst on the couch SO today we agreed to see if there was any difference if I remained seated for the reiki after the head massage ..WELL THE IMPACT WAS 💯 improved with a much greater level of relaxation experienced and I’m hopeful fora deeper level of healing overtime!! I visited Chrysalis healing today, for my usual Indian head massage, followed by reiki. It is always so uplifting seeing Sally. She is so supportive and encourages me on my path. I visited Chrysalis Healing yesterday, for an Indian head massage, followed by reiki. I had recently been suffering with terrible back pain and was generally feeling off balanced. I explained this to Sally so she knew what to focus on. During my session, I felt a lot of energy shifting and I left feeling extremely relaxed. Later that evening some things came to light for me mentally and I finally had an emotional release. I have now woken up this morning feeling so much better and no longer in pain. Sally is amazing at what she does. I look forward to my next visit 😊

I am struggling to put into words how amazing my Reiki experience was followed by a head massage. I immediately felt so safe and present with Sally. I had completely switched off from life outside of the cosy room. During my experience emotions surfaced and there was no holding back the tears. It was a huge release that was very needed. My head massage following Reiki was so relaxing and I felt so peaceful. Sally shows so much care and attention I really can’t wait to visit again ❤️
