I help women reclaim their calm, reconnect with their energy and experience much needed deep rest and relaxation. I offer tailored energy healing and support, holistic massage, AcuSound tuning fork therapy, Hopi Ear candling and combination treatments. I had my first session with Sally today and booked The Chrysalis Experience. Sally is so welcoming and very easy to open up to. The room is a sanctuary of calm. The experience of having Acusound , Reiki & Massage for me was a magical one, it was deeply calming and relaxing. I left feeling so chilled and will definitely be booking more sessions.

Another amazing treatment from Sally. I had the reiki, combined with crystal healing. The two treatments compliment each other so well. Sally is such a great listener. With every visit, she has really taken the time to get to know me and exactly what my body needs. As always, I have left feeling nicely balanced and grounded 🥰

I arrived at Sally’s for my treatment yesterday tired, run down and with a headache. This morning I woke up energised, positive and headache free. Sound Healing therapy is amazing, it seems to recalibrate me in the most profound way and I LOVE IT! Thank you x

I can’t recommend Sally enough. She creates such a welcoming and calming environment to relax and recharge. My Reiki sessions have been wonderful, as was my facial massage. I’ll definitely be returning again soon 😊
