I was lucky enough to win a competition for a free full body massage & upgraded to include reflexology too. So glad I did! Jo was amazing from the first messages right through to the treatment itself. She made me feel completely at ease and so comfortable, like I’d known her for years. I have been having a massage with nudy for a while now and can honestly say the lady has magic in her fingers. She is so good at massaging that after the massage I feel like a new person. I have multiple health issues and with her massages I feel like im getting much better .

This is the second time I’ve booked a massage for my mum, and once again, the experience was amazing! I had the most amazing 90-minute massage at Peaceful Soul Therapies after a week away, and it was exactly what I needed! I’d also asked Deb if she could incorporate a facial as my skin was feeling really dehydrated, and she was so flexible and accommodating. What I love about Deb is that she completely adapts the treatment to what you need on the day. Whether it’s focusing more on certain areas that are tight or sore, or adding in something extra like a facial, nothing is ever too much trouble. i left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and like a new person!

I visited for a facial and back treatment. The service was absolutely amazing and Salma was wonderful. It was a very calming and relaxing experience and she took the time to have a conversation with me prior to the treatment about what I’m looking to get out of treatment. She really took her time, and a lot of care when doing the facial and massage. She also gave a scalp massage which was lovely. I had such a lovely experience at this head spa. The environment was calm and really relaxing. Vee was amazing, attentive, polite, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The scalp analysis was thorough and the massage was incredible.
