I was lucky enough to win a competition for a free full body massage & upgraded to include reflexology too. So glad I did! Jo was amazing from the first messages right through to the treatment itself. She made me feel completely at ease and so comfortable, like I’d known her for years. I had the most amazing 90-minute massage at Peaceful Soul Therapies after a week away, and it was exactly what I needed! I’d also asked Deb if she could incorporate a facial as my skin was feeling really dehydrated, and she was so flexible and accommodating. What I love about Deb is that she completely adapts the treatment to what you need on the day. Whether it’s focusing more on certain areas that are tight or sore, or adding in something extra like a facial, nothing is ever too much trouble. i left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and like a new person!

Absolutely amazing experience with Lucy. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage, but after a thorough consultation she tailored the treatment to how I was feeling that day. She explained everything clearly, checked I was comfortable and focused on the areas that needed it most. The pressure was perfect and the heated blanket, calming music and oils made it so relaxing. Her aftercare was incredibly thoughtful and completely spot on. She even messaged me afterwards with her advice. No pushy sales, just genuine care. I left feeling calmer, lighter and will definitely return!

Lucy is so lovely 🥰 I had to cancel the first appointment I made due to unforeseen circumstances, she completely understood and was so accommodating with re booking. During the initial consultation i was asked what I wanted the massage to be like and it couldn’t have been more spot on. Lucy was amazing and did exactly what I asked for in a warm, cosy & very quiet environment, I was totally relaxed from the off. I was given aftercare advice and was told just to message her if I had any questions after I had left. Thank you soo much Lucy 😊 xx

I had such a lovely experience at this head spa. The environment was calm and really relaxing. Vee was amazing, attentive, polite, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The scalp analysis was thorough and the massage was incredible. She was also so friendly and easy to talk to, which really made the experience. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back again.
