Fantastic massage. Both therapeutic & relaxing.

I had deep muscle couple massages. The staffs are kind and professional. The massage is worth the price. My spouse has been suffering from joint and muscle pain for years, wish we had known about Gold Star before. He feels so much better already. We both appreciate their effort. Unfortunately we forgot to take the names of the 2 lovely ladies who did our massage.

I had a lovely experience with Loukia today. It was a very relaxing and calm environment. I enjoyed the lovely botanicals facial & back massage which was gorgeous. The products used felt and smelt amazing when applied. Everything was explained prior to beginning each treatment with care and attention. Lots of nice little details to make you even more comfortable from the heated bed to the little choclate treat at the end!! Just perfection! I had an amazing experience from start to finish, I will definitely book again and also highly recommend. Thank you L.A. Beauty!!

Loved my massage with Ellie. She is so lovely and professional, and the massage itself was excellent. The tea at the end was also a great touch! Came out feeling totally refreshed and relaxed. Will 100% be back!

Ellie did a fantastic job. I had the Swedish deep tissue massage which was very relaxing, but also a really good pressure. She found and focused on areas that were tighter. I have come out feeling brilliant. Overall highly recommend!

Amazing facial with the lovely Loukia! I felt like I'd been transported to heaven as her gentle hands lulled me into a tranquil, calm state. At one point I nodded off I was that relaxed. She's a highly skilled practioner that knows what works well for her clients combining a mix of professionalism, great knowledge of her products and genuine care and consideration. I love this holistic approach.

I had an amazing hot stone massage. I would definitely recommend Gem Massage Therapy. Very professional and welcoming.

18 sie 2026

This was my first sports massage and first time visiting GEM. I was really impressed with the time and care taken over the initial consultation. The massage was great and really helped my pain. I also really appreciated the advice about preventative exercises which obviously came from a place of knowledge and experience. Thank you!

Gill really knows her stuff. She is trained in a wide range of massage techniques so even if you are not sure what you need, don’t hesitate. She is thorough and professional, and works in a very calming space. She’s very knowledgeable about the body as a whole and can offer guidance on injury prevention and day to day exercises to help with issues. Great service.

Brenda is magical. It's hard to describe the experience to do her enough justice, but it's like she nurtures you from head to toe, quite literally. Highly recommend to anyone. I leave feeling lighter and more present, relaxed and clear. Thank you as always Brenda!

Ellie is amazing <3 would 100% recommend for a facial and the head massage is incredible - we were chatting for the whole session until that point when I nearly fell asleep… excited to try a lash lift next x

Elouise is such a dream, she is so knowledgeable and up to date with the skincare industry. I trust her recommendations and always leave feeling excited to see how my treatments turn out (and they always turn out fabulous). I have recommended her to many friends and will continue doing so. Note: I come for the treatment and stay for the 10 minute head massage

Brenda is truly outstanding—her intuitive massage feels magical. I arrived feeling exhausted and left completely refreshed, lighter, and more grounded. She has a very special way of working with energy that makes the experience deeply personal and powerful. This is more than a massage—it’s a gift to yourself, and honestly, to anyone you care about. Thank you, Brenda, for being so special, kind, and generous. I’m very grateful 🙏🙏🙏

A truly relaxing experience. Anna gives you the time and space just to be and in my case to find some much needed stillness.
