I would recommend Ouroboros to anyone and everyone. I originally reached out on a local FB group about myofacial therapists. Kristina replied and recommended her business. I asked if she could do a quick phone consult and she was more than willing. It was a delight talking with her as I struggle with PTSD. I wanted to make sure we were a good fit before making the leap into yet another therapy. I've been going twice a week for the last three weeks now and I'm so glad. Kristina has been incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I'm excited to continue our sessions together!

Had a fall and injuried my hip and right lower bad. Tripped on dogs leash. Made appt with Kristina for myfascial release. Alignment was out with my hips. She manipulated everything back into place. Feel amazing, pain went from a 5 down to a one. Afterwards l was able to take a short 1 mile hike and no pain. Amazing thank you Kristina.

Michael and Kristina were very welcoming when we arrived, making the appointment very comfortable from the start. Michael was very informative with all of the things he was doing. I left both feeling better and better equipped to introduce new stretches into my daily to help reduce the future misalignment and discomfort. Came in with my back completely locked up from physical work and travel — barely able to move. I saw Michael twice this week for myofascial bodywork and the difference is incredible. He works deeply and intentionally, finding the actual source of restriction instead of chasing symptoms. I left each session with more mobility, less pain, and the ability to breathe and move normally again. Highly recommend.

Kristina always knows how to help and I leave feeling so much better than when I arrived! Two visits ago I had severe sciatica pain and with some intense work, the next day it was gone! Yesterday, I had a dull headache die to the weather and she performed lymphatic drainage. By the time I left my appointment, my headache was gone. She is truly a master of her craft and I highly recommend her for regular maintenance.

Kristina is a wonderful massage therapist and also does mayo-fascial release which is hard to find!

Amazing as always. Please do yourself a favor and ask about sound therapy. MFR is my go to service but combined with the energy work .... just Amazing.
