It was our 1st wet cupping session today at The Cupping Clinic in Bolton. We both jad our session together with the Lovely Talat. She's been cupping for 7 years now and explained every step we would go through and the benefits. We would highly recommend this treatment. Booked back in , in 6 weeks time. I received an energy drip at the Cupping Clinic in Bolton from Miss Saima, who was absolutely wonderful,kind, professional, and an excellent host. She even offered my mother a free cup of tea and provided her with a prayer mat. The atmosphere at the clinic was calm, peaceful, and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Post AT Surgery week one later. Archillies tendon lengthening surgey one week ago , So left ankle surgery leaving my right calf and tendon massively overtight due to compensating for my left not functioning and being on two crutches, basically walking in big circles . Much needed relief needed here and very well recieved from the very talented Katie from The Bolton Clinic.

Mrs Shirley Hewitt Stiff Neck for over 12 months lots of pain and sleepless nights. , now gone after 3 treatmants with the delightful Katie at the Bolton Clinic. Please dont suffer like I did for months, the main thing that Katie did for me was Repair and Rehabilitate , being a pensioner is hard enough, now i feel like im 30 again. Nice and calm atmosphere, receptionist and the therapist both were very friendly yet professional as well. I had a relaxing massage ,Mobina was my therapist. She was excellent, made me relaxed and calm.

Day six Now using these tecchniques with Katie as part of my ongoing treatment plan. Deep Tissue Massage: Effective for releasing scar tissue and adhesions. Effleurage: Gentle stroking movements that promote relaxation and increase blood flow. Trigger Point Therapy: Releases tension in specific muscles. Myofascial Release: Techniques that address the fascia (connective tissue) surrounding the muscles. Muscle Energy Techniques (MET): Gentle, non-invasive techniques that can improve muscle function and range of movement. In 4 weeks 90% recovery, Thanks to SB and Katie. Lifechanging for sure

Today were woking on my hamstrings, after being chairbound for 14 Months Katie is rehabilitating my hips and legs, so in this session I had my hamstrings released and loosened up, and we did work and started physio on building strength around my hips. What amazes me is in the past any massages have always hurt and been painful, not today lots of release and maybe a little discomfort, Katies knowledge of the body and application clearly reflects on SB practices and her high grades with her university Diploma. Such a good feeling after suffering for 20 years under the NHS. Tanking You.

i done today my Undereye injections for dark circles ayesha explain me everything related to the procedure and sent me information regarding pre care and after care before procedure i was bit scared that it might be very painfull but it was a zero pain procedure for me im very happy and highly Recommend Ayesha from cupping clinic Bolton

I had dermaplaning with LED light therapy with Saran. Sarah is very knowledgable and always puts me at ease, such a lovely lady and I really enjoy having treatments with Sarah. Always great customer service and my skin is always glowing afterwards
