I had a wonderful experience! The facilities were excellent. The spa was well decorated, clean, calm and modern. The staff were polite, friendly and professional. I enjoyed my floatation experience, it was so relaxing! The little touches like toiletries and tea after your treatment really added to the experience and made it feel luxurious. A special thank you to Kristine who was wonderful and really made my visit special.

Everything about my time in the floatation pod was amazing and super relaxing! From the gorgeous warm shower before and after, to amazing it felt to float, nearly fell asleep It felt so nice! Would recommend 100%!

I booked a luxury facial along with my Mum as a treat. The team at Dragonfly were able to accommodate our appointments together and we were able to have our treatments in the same room at the same time with two therapists. The facial itself was so relaxing, and the products used tailored to our individual skin concerns. We both felt relaxed yet rejuvenated after our treatments and felt fully welcomed into the spa. I cannot recommend the setting, the team or the treatments strongly enough. Great for individuals, couples or similar and worth the money for a special treat.

My first visit to Om Holistic and Alaine’s lovely sanctuary. I had an Ageless Grace facial, which addressed my skin concerns and smelled gorgeous. Followed by reflexology, which was so relaxing it put me to sleep! Can’t wait to return for a twilight massage soon.

I have never been more relaxed! Absolutely beautiful atmosphere. Alaine is very welcoming! Lovely selection of products to cater to my specific skin needs for my facial, and was so relaxed I had a wonderful nap during my reflex. Great explanation of both treatments. Super relaxing and homey! Thank you!

Alaine was very professional and made me feel comfortable right from the start. I have never had reflexology before so didn’t know what to expect. Alaine guided me through the process but at the same time allowing me time to enjoy some much needed peace and quiet! I will definitely have this treatment again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Alaine.

I had a superb experience having reflexology. The attention to detail and thought that has gone into the experience was excellent. I love the studio and how professional Alaine is in her work. I will be having plenty more treatments in the future.

I had one of the best experiences with my first holistic treatment.... From the moment I arrived, Alaine explained in detail all the information about which oils I would be using and how they would suit me! I had a relaxing back massage and a wonderful facial!
