Not only are the treatments amazing, but her treatment rooms are the extremely relaxing, warm and comforting; I always leave feeling an overwhelming sense of relaxation and calmness in body & mind. I had a full body lymphatic massage and i felt so relaxed and my body felt so light not the usual massage i would get but it was amazing this included body brushing and gentle pressure applied to lymph nodes though out my body

My one-to-one session with Ang took everything to a completely different level. We moved through deeply stuck energy with profound releases — from crying, to rage, to feeling energetically sick — as my body let go of what it had been holding onto for so long. Then I was lifted into the most beautiful, peaceful place within myself, before being gently guided back into my body to fully release the trauma that had been holding me back. The one-to-one session was exactly what I needed to fully surrender and let go, knowing I was completely supported and safe the entire time.

Just had the most incredible deep tissue massage! The therapist was spot on, targeting all the right areas and really workin' out the knots. Felt like a new person afterwards defo recommendin' this to anyone needin' some serious tension relief!

I booked for a reiki massage today - what a special experience! Angela uses a variety of techniques to give a truly holistic treatment in her haven in Horsforth - chakra unblocking, crystals, guiding cards and sound therapy as well as a firm massage and reiki healing. I floated above the bed and left feeling still and peaceful, prepared for a restful sleep. Thank you special lady.
