Charlie put me at ease pretty quickly. I found him to be down to earth and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough assessment before starting my treatment and listened if and when it got too much and I felt no pressure to return, as I have had with other physio's (who also charge more). Really happy and will likely go back again.

Charlie was very welcoming when I called and understanding of what I was trying to explain. Which made me more than happy to attend a session in person to see what he could help me with. He explained very well when assessing my arm hoping I can work with advice he gave me and see an improvement.

Great results from Gareth so far after some pretty radical shoulder surgery. Fed up of just receiving exercise sheets that I could have found online, I wanted someone who could help with my pain and range of motion. All of which is being achieved with regular sessions from Gareth.

I highly recommend Gareth. With my training output increasing over the last few months in preparation for upcoming events, this was exactly what I needed. He really listened, targeted the right areas, and made a big difference. I’ll definitely be booking in a block moving forward.

I had my first sports massage with Hannah today, I've had a hump on my trap for literal years and no matter who I've been to or what I've tried I've never been able to shift it. After just one visit with Hannah I'm actually like a new woman, she listened to what was going on and saw what needed doing as soon as I came in. My shoulder has gone down a considerate amount and after another session I'm confident it will be dealt with which no one has ever been able to do. Fully recommend Hannah she was so welcoming and I felt at ease straight away, thank you for today 💖

My daughter was booked in for a treatment with Gareth and it was a great experience. He took the time to ask her where her pain was and any past injuries to ensure she got the best possible care. She felt relaxed in Gareth’s capable hands and kindness. We will be returning for follow up treatments and would highly recommend.
