Charlie put me at ease pretty quickly. I found him to be down to earth and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough assessment before starting my treatment and listened if and when it got too much and I felt no pressure to return, as I have had with other physio's (who also charge more). Really happy and will likely go back again.

Visited Charlie after having ankle surgery for some physio. Charlie is very knowledgeable and took time to listen to my needs. Assessed the ankle and starting treating it. Thank you ☺️

Great! Identified my issue and gave me a goal to work toward!

Charlie was very welcoming when I called and understanding of what I was trying to explain. Which made me more than happy to attend a session in person to see what he could help me with. He explained very well when assessing my arm hoping I can work with advice he gave me and see an improvement.

Absolutely fantastic - Andrew was thorough, considerate, and clearly really knows his stuff. I really enjoyed our conversation and have lots of great stretches and exercises to bake into my training. My lower back, and legs are feeling much looser and relaxed too. Thank you so much!

I had my first sports massage with Hannah today, I've had a hump on my trap for literal years and no matter who I've been to or what I've tried I've never been able to shift it. After just one visit with Hannah I'm actually like a new woman, she listened to what was going on and saw what needed doing as soon as I came in. My shoulder has gone down a considerate amount and after another session I'm confident it will be dealt with which no one has ever been able to do. Fully recommend Hannah she was so welcoming and I felt at ease straight away, thank you for today 💖

My daughter was booked in for a treatment with Gareth and it was a great experience. He took the time to ask her where her pain was and any past injuries to ensure she got the best possible care. She felt relaxed in Gareth’s capable hands and kindness. We will be returning for follow up treatments and would highly recommend.

I had an amazing first session with Hannah. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and well cared for. Hannah took the time to ask about any areas of tension and managed to address all my problem areas. I left feeling refreshed, pain-free, and deeply relaxed. I highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive massage specialist!

Really good sports massage, good atmosphere and would highly recommend for anyone needing it.

Another great sports massage focusing on my legs, I suffer with poor circulation using the compression boots I noticed a difference with my legs pre and post massage I added the Biomechanical review, I really wanted to see where my pain comes from & how I move affects my body and my performance in the gym. I would highly recommend have great tips to take into my daily life and gym with the option of a session in the gym to really look into how I can move correctly or videos, due to my poor posture focus on my upper body and my legs for correct form to get even definition as 1 is more dominant

Thank you Gareth. I have more mobility in my right arm than I’be had in years. Such a brilliant experience and I feel amazing. I will 100% be a returning customer.

Absolutely phenomenal. Pinpointed the problem areas,.without me even saying where. And was thorough enough to remove the issues. Will be booking my wife and myself up very soon. Cannot thank you enough Mia.

Thoroughly enjoyed my massage and made to feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Gaz was able to locate and work on spots where I held tension very easily while also staying In constant communication to ensure I remained comfortable. I prefer a very firm massage (which can be hard to find someone to accommodate my needs) but Gaz easily achieved the required pressure. I suffer with chronic pain everyday and I am usually popping painkillers like smarties. So far, I am yet to take any due to my pain levels being currently tolerable since my treatment. Highly recommend. Thanks agai
