I recently visited Peake Health and wellness and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and calming. The staff was professional and made me feel at ease right away. My massage therapist, Mary was outstanding! They took the time to understand my concerns and tailored the session to my needs. Their technique was both skilled and intuitive, addressing tension areas with the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

She was very effective and finding trigger points and sore spots. First therapist I’ve been to that does PNF stretching. Used a mixture of massage techniques including cupping, vibrations, and percussion. Enjoyed my massage with her and felt sore but better after.

Absolutely fantastic JM did an amazing job, was super patient with me even though i had some trouble keeping my arms and neck relaxed did an amazing job gentle yet firm best massage ive have in my life
