As a regular client, every massage with Les is different. Each one is effective, gives my body what it needs, and somehow manages to both release areas of immobility, pain & tension, AND leave me feeling relaxed. My muscles need a firm remedial massage yet my body bruises easily. Unlike almost every other RM practitioner I have used in the past 20-odd years, Les always delivers on both - a firm, effective massage that does not leave me bruised. It's rare to find a practitioner who can adapt their style to what is needed.

Shonayah's deep cleansing facials are not only amazing but the massage that comes with it was so relaxing. Was definitely necessary after working a week of nightshifts. Can't wait for my next appointment.

This won’t be my last massage with Chelsea.. it was so warming and relaxing in the room, her pressure in the massage was just amazing.. I can’t fault her if I tried.. she’s truely got a talent.. I will be back for any or all her services..

Absolutely sensational! They don’t come any better for sports massage, for deep tissue massage for dry needling, hot stone or all the above.. Mel, you give me back my life, every fortnight, no matter how hard I break myself you seem to put me back together again.. thank you 🙏 I owe you everything.
