Absolutely amazing Head waterfall spa treatment and facial this morning provided by Nell. The whole experience from start to finish was simply wonderful. Walking into the room, seeing the twinkling lights, and the Christmas image projected on the wall behind and hearing the sound of soft running water, straight away I felt relaxed. The facial and head massage were superb and anything I write here wouldn't do it justice. Finished off with a relaxing beverage of my choice accompanied by 2 cookies 🍪. Would 💯 recommend and I will be booking my next appointment for the New Year. Thankyou Nell X

Had a radiance facial yesterday, I've been out in the sun a lot and my face needed some tlc. Samantha was amazing as usual, worked her magic and evened out my skin tone. I love the fact that you get a head and neck massage with this facial so I was well and truly relaxed by the time I left.

I visited Butterfly Beauty today for a head spa, and while my expectations were incredibly high (having been to a number of other salons), Butterfly Beauty absolutely delivered. Nell performed my treatment, and she was exceptional. The products were luxurious and beautifully fragrant, and she put her full focus and energy into delivering an incredibly professional and skillful experience. I think this might be the best Japanese head spa I’ve had so far. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and genuinely impressed. I’ll definitely be returning and becoming a regular. Highly recommend!

I had a pregnancy massage and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. I was made to feel very comfortable and there was no rush for me to get myself onto the table or get ready. The experience was very tailored to myself and I felt so relaxed the whole way through, so much so that I’m considering going back for another one next week if the baby doesn’t come!

I haven been visiting Katrina for the last couple of years for lymphatic drainage massages. The benefits I get from these are worth every single visit. My body debloats, less fluid retention, my mind feels settled and I feel so much more refreshed and detoxed. The massages were to help me with fluid retention In my legs and the consistency of monthly visits have paid off for me. Katrina herself is absolutely amazing, genuinely loves her job and the effort she puts into the treatments is the best. She genuinely cares! She genuinely looks after you! She’s a master at her craft!

The head spa itself was absolutely divine—deeply relaxing, refreshing, and rejuvenating. The scalp massage relieved so much tension, and my hair felt lighter, healthier, and incredibly soft afterward. The use of high-quality products and soothing techniques truly made this feel like a luxury experience.

Absolutely FABULOUS! I had the Japanese waterfall head massage and it's honestly the most relaxing, invigorating treatment I've EVER had! And my hair looks amazing, so shiny, clean and strong! Sam was so lovely, immediately put me at ease; she explained everythjng and made sure I felt warm and comfortable, and she is so skilled at what she does. I will book again very soon. The new Japanese head spa utilised several techniques which kept me guessing as to what was coming next in the process. From the hot water to the manipulation of massages to the stones and finally to the cold metal massaging implements, the experience was completely different which made the experience and the resultant sensation extremely transformative. It was extremely satisfying and was it not for communication I would have easily fallen asleep it was that relaxing , I suppose the best way to describe this spa was it was mindfulness on speed !!! I strongly recommend you try this.
